About The Denaro-Rodrigues Team Carl Rodrigues, a native of Massachusetts, and Joan Denaro, a Groton resident since 1990 are both business partners and a husband and wife team. Carl's background is in the hotel and hospitality industry as a general manager for 28 years. Joan's background of experience as an elementary educator lead them to combined experience of greater than 20 years of full-time real estate in the local area.
