About The Denaro-Rodrigues Team

Carl Rodrigues, a native of Massachusetts, and Joan Denaro, a Groton resident since 1990 are both business partners and
a husband and wife team. Carl's background is in the hotel and hospitality industry as a general manager for 28 years.
Joan's background of experience as an elementary educator lead them to combined experience of greater than 20 years of
full-time real estate in the local area. Their managerial, teaching, and sales backgrounds bring to the profession a skill in the
education of the consumer and a love of the art of negotiation. To them, the success of a transaction is the direct result of
honesty and fairness to all parties.

Their work responsibilies are divided into the listing and pending parts of a transaction. Joan handles the initial pricing,
marketing, and seller communication, while Carl does support to the marketing process, and coordinates the closing
activities from offer to closing. Both work consistently previewing property and offer buyer and seller representation.
Supported by administrative assistant Charlene Kelly and technical manager Wes Denaro they offer full service with a broad
range of marketing activities consistent with the current technology-based market.
